specialized manufacturing processes.
Allow flexibility in the system to accommodate

Obtain substantial rebates form the local utility, LIPA,
on behalf of our client.
Advance Control Solutions was hired to specify
the BAS system, and work closely with the HVAC contractor and
the General Contractor to value engineer and design solutions
for this project.
Advanced Control Solutions was the controls
contractor hired to install the building automations system
The solution:
Design a Honeywell Xl5000 building automation
control system.
Design a LON network for VAV / FPMB
system consisting of 38 Honeywell VAV controllers.
Direct LON interface to 34 Trane Voyager
roof tops units.
Design and interface to control the
boiler plant and related pumps serving the perimeter baseboard.
Create and design a user-friendly graphical
interface.
